Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: placeholder — replace before public launch.

Placeholder AUP. A full version will be published before public launch. The summary below describes what we will and won't tolerate on our network.

Prohibited traffic

  • Calls that violate the TCPA, TRACED Act, or equivalent local law
  • Spoofed caller-ID that is not legitimately owned or authorized
  • "Neighbor spoofing" or caller-ID masquerading intended to deceive
  • Traffic to DNC-listed numbers without documented consent
  • Robocalling without required disclosures and opt-out mechanisms
  • Fraud, impersonation, or any illegal activity

STIR/SHAKEN

All US/Canada outbound calls are signed via STIR/SHAKEN. Customers must only originate calls from numbers they legitimately own or are authorized to use, so that A-attestation remains accurate.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend service without notice for traffic suspected of violating this policy or posing risk to our network or downstream carriers.
